Craft, single-origin, bean-to-bar chocolate made in the USA using organic ingredients. Currently only shipping within the U.S., but hoping to expand soon!

Hopefully in the next week or so!! Still working on the integration. We’ve been focused most of our time on sourcing more beans due to shortages around the world right now, so have a limited supply. Trying to build up inventory ASAP!

GM! My order from nostr:npub1qdwd32hhhvm844nrvp9nqfef6ytykrlmracc5zhkr0vjjpfds9xsyrsnsp arrived!!!

First, absolutely love the packaging, inside and out.

Second, I prefer dark chocolate, like 86%. These are 70% and are amazing- probably because each bar only has 3 ingredients and the flavor comes from where the cacao is sourced…. Which you can read about on the stellar packaging.

Third, the flavors are fun! Boyfriend has a more refined palette than me. During our tasting, he could taste all of the notes of each bar. I definitely tasted the fruit, and sometimes the nut notes.

Really wonderful chocolate. 🍫

5⭐️.

Will buy from again …. near the end of the year…. because it’s now summer in Texas and they would be a melty mess by the time they got to me. 🫠

Thanks for sharing, and so glad you enjoyed them!! 🤗 We’re working on cooled shipping boxes as an option, but definitely challenging in the warmer months!

Accepting Bitcoin for Your Business: A Step-by-Step Strategy

I see you’re looking for a smooth way to start accepting Bitcoin while wondering how to navigate the right chapters (legal, accounting, and cashflow challenges). Here’s a structured approach to help:

Phase 1: Quick Start (Weeks 1-4)

✅ Easiest Option: Start with OpenNode (if custodial & KYC are fine) or Breez/Voltage for Lightning autonomy.

✅ Keep Proper Records: Log TXIDs, USD conversion rates, and customer details (if needed).

✅ Conversion Strategy: Convert BTC only when necessary—keep a portion to benefit from appreciation.

Phase 2: Transition to Self-Sovereignty (Months 2-4)

🔹 Start using BTCPay Server (hosted via Luna Node or BTC Pay Jungle).

🔹 Test it with a fraction of payments before going all-in.

🔹 Use BTCPay’s accounting exports for bookkeeping.

Phase 3: Full Bitcoin Integration (Months 4-6)

⚡ Fully transition to BTCPay Server for 0% fees and total control.

⚡ Implement Lightning payments to reduce costs & speed up transactions.

⚡ Train staff & educate customers—offering small BTC discounts can help adoption.

Legal & Accounting Resources

💼 Bitcoin Accounting Tools: and companies: TaxBit, koinly, tokentax, coinledger, bitcoin.tax

🏦 BTC-to-USD Conversion: Use Bitcoin-friendly banks like Swan, River, Strike for smooth exchanges. There are many OTC desks that allow that to happen, just do your own deligence first, and compare fees.

Final Pro Tip

💡 Instead of auto-selling #bitcoin, convert only when needed—over time, you might find holding some #BTC benefits your business!

Would you like more tailored advice for your specific business model? I’d be happy to help. #neowealth

Im sure we’ll have questions over the coming weeks. Will reach out if we do!

Thank you!! Amazing overview 🙏 This will be super helpful for us as we get started!

Thanks for placing an order and supporting us!! We’ll ship your bars out in the next few days and can’t wait for you to try them 🤗

Thanks! Seems like this should be pretty easy! But will reach out with any questions 👍

Seconding merchant adoption here! For the average business just getting interested in bitcoin, the logistical, financial, tech, and other barriers can be overwhelming. With a guided on-ramp and support, hopefully more businesses would take the plunge!

We posted a similar question yesterday! Nice to know we aren’t the only ones trying to figure this out with physical products. We get cocoa beans from small, rural producers in various countries, but none of them accept bitcoin (yet)… and great cocoa suppliers with ethical standards, organic certification, and high quality beans are hard to find as it is. Plus other obligations aren’t going to be payable via bitcoin overnight. We’re taking baby steps… likely going to start accepting bitcoin shortly, but will need to convert to usd regularly until we have more profit and/or convert our vendors over time 🤞

I already shilled them btcpay 😆

nostr:npub1qdwd32hhhvm844nrvp9nqfef6ytykrlmracc5zhkr0vjjpfds9xsyrsnsp can’t help with tax stuff but feel free to dm if you need some tips or help getting set up accepting Bitcoin directly!

Re cash flow: since it looks like you’d be accepting both usd and Bitcoin my advice would be to hold any Bitcoin earned from sales in sats as reserve. Any sales made in usd can be used to pay bills, suppliers, etc.

Personally I would stay away from Coinbase commerce. I understand the convenience factor, but you lose custody of any Bitcoin collected and also lose a hefty percentage in fees to their platform. No different than dealing with a credit card processor.

Thanks! Unfortunately we don’t have the luxury of holding any currency type in reserve yet 😅 Everything coming in goes right back out to expenses to stay afloat (obligations for equipment, rent, suppliers, investors, loans). But will definitely reach out in future if we have questions about setup 👍 Hopefully as we scale this gets easier! And roger that on Coinbase… someone else commented they don’t even accept Bitcoin?! Yikes. Didn’t realize haha. Clearly new at this… so appreciate the feedback!!

Check out https://zaprite.com/. They are exactly what you want.

This looks great! Will look into it

Totally! Understand exactly where he’s coming from, and we would love to be all-in if we could right now. Holding anything (fiat or crypto) is currently impossible though 😅 Everything that comes in is immediately spent on expenses! Once we grow, we’ll have more flexibility to accept and hold/find vendors that accept Bitcoin 🤞 Our cocoa bean vendors are mostly in remote areas with limited infrastructure… actually think they’re prime candidates for Bitcoin in future which could be a huge win-win!

Thanks! Totally agree with the comments on mindset and we’re on that track. We’re juggling financial obligations, a complex supply chain, and multiple stakeholders that make a sudden transition risky for a small business like us. But love navigating this! Have to imagine many businesses are facing these same challenges and questions. Hoping on our journey we can help others move in the same direction🤞

Looking for feedback! We’re short on resources for legal, accounting, and tech logistics for accepting BTC directly. We want to use BTCPay Server, but are considering Bitpay/Coinbase Commerce temporarily to reduce friction while we figure out the details. Any thoughts, tips, or legal resources?? 🤔 All our suppliers use USD so might need to exchange regardless? Cashflow is always top of mind as a small business 😬
