How come more clients don’t show wallet balances? It works with Alby, not sure if it works with generic NWC? Should, right?

The issue is my fault. But I'm still unclear how to fix it as the trouble shooting thus far seems to be creating new key pairs.

Same issue on Damus. Had to disable.

When my phone died recently and i was waiting for new one, i tried primal desktop, but it was slow abd glitchy. Plus i couldnt connect to alby extension, although i could connect to iris.

Day 2 without being able to zap with Alby wallet connect.

My index fingers have calluses from the many attempts and I fear my likes are hollow shell of what they used to be. Although the emojis keep me entertained I know it's only a matter of time before I start losing my grip.

For now coffee is the only thing keeping going. The connection to the v4v community is slowly fading from my memory. I hope Alby finds me before its too late.

Someone help me out here. I checked my Alby account and I know I’ve tipped a few people over the last couple days, but it’s not showing as sent.

Did Apple really shut down the Damus app for zaps? Is there a better app for iPhone to do this or do all tips have to come from the iris platform on pc?

Try Alby or WoS in the mean time, better than nothing 🤷🏼

Let's give more valid options:

1. Open source software with auto updates turned off (eg. Browser extensions like Alby)

2. Open source with updates off like apps from fdroid.

3. Hardware signing devices like Ben arcs esp32 device.

4. Nostr nsecbunker on a 247 server.

1 and 2 are objectively riskier than 3 and 4 because 3 and 4 are more likely to have your nsec stored on a device with less consumer grade software and less casual and social activities performed on them making them less likely to receive malware and viruses.
