Not at all on the same page.

When I did it I went into withdrawal. Headaches, brain fog, etc. Once that passed my blood pressure dropped profoundly, my energy went up and I lost 60lbs without trying. My bloodwork numbers improved dramatically, particularly blood sugar, a1c and the like.

Refined sugars and other carbohydrates especially grains were not part of the diet of humans for many years. What our generation eats is unlike anything generations prior to WWII ever ate.

Dat trigger discipline doh. Dinna he ever see a movie?

Naruto cannot hold a candle.

Stop eating all sugars and refined carbohydrates for two weeks.

Then say that again.

Oh man you can even afford one of those new little $2300 sinks!

With a name like"Mark" I gotta wonder... But time. Time heals all pain eventually. And now and then, the pain is but an overture to something so much greater that it overshadows the pain to the point that you forget. That's where this goes... I've been through it a couple times myself... well, it wasn't me but my wife. I assume perhaps this is like you.

Unto me do I receive the thanks. ♥️

So nothing is black and white and in our community we tend to make things black and white either you only eat meat or your guzzling seed oils like a loon. And so on. Trump has a lot of difficult things and he doesn't understand Bitcoin 100%, but how many 70 something year old people know about zaps and why they're important? There value there.

Wouldn't deterministic nostr keys offer many advantages. Like enabling privacy when it's wanted as well as allowing things like granular access of information? Perhaps there's already an NIP?

Not saying it's not the most interesting one. But for example how is sentiment affected by the media?

I good highlight of the difference between intelligence and wisdom.

My kids are grown. So I did not have the prescience to know this early enough.

But you are right.

I have been using Bitcoin since 2011. At first I played poker. But I withdrew my coins at the end of every session. I never left them on the site. And I didn't trade much but whenever I put coins on an exchange they also only stayed there long enough to do the trades. I'm not trying to brag. But I think I got it way back then. It's like money in your pocket. The moment you let someone else hold it? You're trusting them. In fact it's their money until they give it back. Simple really. But most people don't get it yet. They will.
