Cut out or set strong boundaries with people in your life who discredit you because they think that marginal self improvement is the same as past failure and unreliability. (I presume that has been and will continue to be the path of everyone here.)

Notice that these same people will hardly ever admit that they were wrong. Fiat culture has trained them to never accept personal responsibility and instead, pass the blame and cost onto others. Always slaves to the predominant and mercurial totalitarian narratives.

I was told to put attention on the part of the body where you feel it. Forget the thought focus on the feeling and focus on where it is in the body. Somehow that’s supposed to make it go away and it does work. The key is letting go of the thought for a little bit. I hope that helps.
