So pill bugs are crustaceans and closely related to crabs and lobsters. I bet they would also taste good dipped in garlic butter. Although the shell would be one hell of a task to remove.

I’ve heard something similar before.
My wife and I hear about family saying they have to drain the ground beef after it’s cooked because there is so much grease in it and we never have to do that yet ours is not dry and has more flavor as well
