I'm always intrigued by the prevalence of "preppers" in the USA. Seems to me the USA is literally the last country that will go to the dogs if the world falls apart.

Funny how before bitcoin, I would spend my Christmas salary bonus on holiday or catching up with credit card debt. Now I have to negotiate with my wife how much of my bonus we can use to buy more bitcoin! And more generally, before bitcoin I would focus on how much money I could spend after begrudgingly allocating some to savings. Now I focus on how much I can save in bitcoin after begrudgingly allocating to necessary household expenses :-)
