I think perhaps best if you and cashu devs decide how you'll want to position Cashu tokens. I was genuinely curious and would have helped in whichever way I can if I believed in it but I am put off with this highly defensive and triggered attitude. There are going to be a lot of people who are not going to like tokens. Trying to badger the crap out of them will not benefit your cause. Trying to understand what worries them and engage positively in those areas would be better.

Melvin is spot on. The pros is that there could be tech innovation and long term angle of how social media will be. The con - will embedding a personal relay be consuming of data, tech needs, energy ? WIll something like Jack's nanotech miner concept be something to think abt? The other problem I have with this is that when cops ransack you and your belongings, everything is gone (For some it might be far fetched, but for others it's everyday story).

I was thinking of a relay marketplace. It makes it easier for people to choose from. And relay vendors can make revenue.

You may want to set a % breakdown of contents, your brand identity, target market etc. it can also be trial and error, see what works and excites you and the viewers. Slowly find your niche.

yea. Jack is both a person and a brand; his name is often used for viral impact. But its the same old story on repeat.

we should use some funds for marketing, PR, branding. Establish differentiators between clients. Understand what are the talking points in all the smaller user markets that can be tapped into. Would be great to have mainstream media but we do not need excessive $$$ for it. Tapping into micro influencers, blogs, reviews, small media - starting small - can get the fire going just as much.

Also, media is a big drive factor for Bluesky

Cashu is not sats. It is token. Misleading users to thinking otherwise is wrong and a dangerous move. You swap Cashu with Sats to operate.

When you buy and sell 200 times using Cashu, Sats transaction is not altered 200 times, only 1 time. As this expands, Cashu transaction becomes x100 times frequent compared to Sats/Bitcoin. And therein lies the tradeoff.

If you don't like the term token, call it something else. But don't call it Sats.

Competitive positioning will always have pros and cons. From the onset - Cashu seems like an add on option for users - and your target market is for privacy-liking users
