It only becomes a problem if China, or Japan wants to collect.
As far as domestic lenders they're forced to stay in the boat because the government has their investment held hostage basically.
They can do what govs do best, and print more money, or they can actually wake up, and sober up, and start being fiscally responsible.
It’s funny how much the HODL Bitcoiners, & Monero people agree on Mullvad, SimpleX, Signal, Silent Link, & almost everything else except one thing, & that’s what cryptocurrency to use.
You got a 92/100.

I feel like the fiat system is squashing people in a lot, & makes their money feel worthless which makes them feel worthless.
Between high interest rates which makes debts more expensive, reduced hours that lowers their ability to earn a steady income from one employer, rampant inflation which makes the money they do earn less valuable, & taxes which extorts value from their labor.
I can’t say this is how it is for everyone but for me personally the fiat system is sick, & corrupted.
Is there a Nostr capability to “capture” a post, like a screenshot in a way but the app takes a snippet of the whole post instead of what’s available on the screen?
UI wise not yet but protocol wise it is.
It let's you run encrypted groups off your own servers, and doesn't require phone numbers for sign up.
Bots are spamming the network.
I want to say that it is tough, the fiat system is a result of The Adversary preying on those of us who are weak, and blind.
Every human is unique in their struggles, issues, and temptations, so I think when faced with those elements it can weaken our faith, or willingness to believe.
When someone is bitter, it makes it difficult in general to think of the higher things.
I can attest that every believer even the most righteous have sinned.
For me, I would say that suffering which does exist, remember it because it was The Almighty who has helped us through it.
But I would say seek earnestly, read the scriptures deeply, find a community, & always seek improvement.
Basically it's going to become an arms race of users, apps, and relays vs. Bots.
The fact that the "r e p l y" guys now mimic the users post shows the dynamics are changing.
Muting "G M" will no longer work.
Never forget. Worst political stunt ever

Increasing your chance of being sterilized, & heart problems for a burger.
A $5 burger isn't worth it.
Probably due to the fact that those assets aren't as transferable as currency is.
The same argument could be made for gallons of milk, while it is a metric to measure someone's wealth, milk is not a good money metric since milk expires.
I think the economy is starting to face a tightening of sorts, people are liquidating assets for what reason I'm not sure.
To pay off debts, to keep the good times rolling, or to keep the lights on/stay afloat, or just pure fear, and speculation?
All I can say is I wish these downturns didn't happen when money was tight.
An economy built on speculative value is guaranteed to fall apart, that’s why fundamentals are important.
When the culture of pervasive rot has become a net so huge that even their own offspring aren't protected from the consequences.
The Boomers have ruined everything, and subsequently made every generation since then even worse.
I do not think the changing of hands will improve things drastically but the powers who be finally being replaced may give us the window of opportunity to enact new institutional leaders that could possibly improve some things.
