All you debate haters out there missed history being made. Worst debate performance of all time.

WTF is organic soil?
The debates:
Two old men arguing on the deck of old rusty ship battleship.
Man 1: “You were the worst president of all time, everybody knows it”
Man 2: “No, You were the worst president of all time, the experts agree.”
The camera pans out, the old men’s voices turn to mumbling and we can’t hear them anymore. We see the ship is sinking.

But the prospect of a war with China is reduced if they are a trade partner.
I have trouble distinguishing them in fact. Both debt, both tariffs I just wanted to say “ewww tarrifs”.

"We found that 73.9% of deaths were directly due to or significantly contributed to by COVID-19 vaccination."
https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0379073824001968
74% of the 325 autopsy cases which listed Covid 19 vaccination as an antecedent exposure, upon review, were found to have directly or significantly contributed to the death according to the reviewers in this paper. The average age of the deaths were 70 years old. The mean time from vaccination to death was 14.3 days, with the majority occurring within 7 days.
We must have finally made it to the Long Run.
1) The earth is not flat, it curves, so when radio waves are emitted from a cell phone tower antenna in all directions, the majority goes into space and gets blocked by the ground. Only a little bit goes perpendicular to the curve of the earth at that point, but then the curve of the earth drops away from that straight moving signal. So a single cell tower is likely good for about 6 miles in any direction. The three miles is for good coverage for the handoff to the next tower if the phone is moving like in a car from one tower to the next and objects like buildings or mountains may block signal.
2) A strong power single tower attempting to cover all the connections of cell phone use at any given time of the country would not have enough radio spectrum bandwidth to contain all the information. Rather many smaller weaker towers more efficiently use the radio spectrum bandwidth.

Individual businesses chose to voluntarily share information about how well their individual customers repaid their bills. These individual businesses saw it in their interest to share this information as they feared each individually offering loans to new customers that had already failed to repay previous loans. What role do you think the state should take to intervene in these voluntary arrangements?
Fundamentally I’m not outraged by credit scores because it is fundamentally your *reputation*. And the human species naturally learns and shares what peoples reputations are.
All you can do is fight your wounds so they do not repeat as badly in your next generation. If you are helping your family do a little better and be a little better, that’s all anyone can do.
Leggo my eggo! 🤔

Nostr web of trust is mostly just feeds I like versus feeds I don’t like. So it protects you from spam. But it’s not the same as an explicit “I trust you” let me sign your keys with my endorsement that others who know me will now trust you more. It’s softer, so I think in nostr there is additional room for an explicit statement of trust. Maybe a new kind which is just a signed event that says I explicitly trust this npub.?
Also just a second idea I think a note kind of debt between npubs might be interesting. I haven’t worked out the details but maybe something like an event which can be shared privately to define terms and then both parties sign the event and when someone posts it, clients can retrieve the events that show a debt, from one npub to another. And when a debt is paid the “receipt” of the payment can be a new event that is posted so the client determines the debt existed and is now paid? The only debt enforcement mechanism would be your reputation on paying these debts. Anyways that could be another mechanism that users could use to determine who they engage with from a social / commerce perspective.
You are capturing a waste stream, that’s better than nothing as long as you handle it all appropriately. I tried something similar once, threw all food wastes including meat and everything else into a food safe HDPE container, then I filled the remaining container with water and some soil to putrify. I let it sit for two years. I was trying to model an anaerobic digester or the bottom of a pond. Then I dug a deep whole in my garden in the fall, poured the whole thing into it and covered it with soil. In the spring melons planted on top. It scared me to handle it a little because who knows what’s growing in it. But I wouldn’t completely rule out the technique in the future. Would have been nice to have been able to get samples checked and understand what might be growing. But biology and time should fix anything.
Food cuttings? Is this like food scraps left in the folders can to break down?
The "outbox model" was not a modification of the protocol nor a new invention, nor it is a new optional NIP. nostr:npub1jlrs53pkdfjnts29kveljul2sm0actt6n8dxrrzqcersttvcuv3qdjynqn once said about the idea, "this is just the Nostr model, it is how Nostr has to work if it can ever scale" (https://t.me/gossipclient/605). Minutes after he came up with the name "outbox model" just so we could refer to this thing that Nostr clients should be doing but only Gossip was doing at the time.
The initial description of Nostr (nostr:naddr1qqzkummnw3eqzythwden5te0ve5kzar2v9nzucm0d5pzqwlsccluhy6xxsr6l9a9uhhxf75g85g8a709tprjcn4e42h053vaqvzqqqr4gusz7vna) said: "you write a post, sign it with your key and send it to multiple relays (servers hosted by someone else, or yourself)" and under the "censorship-resistance" section it said "there will always be some Russian server willing to take your money in exchange for serving your posts".
Since you were supposed to write "to your own relay" or "to some Russian server" shouldn't it be reasonable to assume clients would be connecting to these relays to read your posts and the entire promise of censorship-resistance of Nostr rests on that possibility?
Implementation details were never specified because I think there are many ways to approach that and hoped clients would each have their own creative way of implementing it. Having the user manually specify a list of relays and then flood all relays in the list with queries for all people you're following was part of a very quick proof-of-concept I've implemented in (what was supposed to be the first version of) Branle in December 2022, but it should be obvious it's not a very user-friendly or scalable design, right?
I find this a strange argument. It sounds like you are saying the most sane effective way to comply with the protocol *yet discovered*, was not an invention, it was “always in the protocol” because it had to be in the protocol for things to work. While also admitting it was never described anywhere precisely enough until a client dev used their creativity to solve a problem you hoped they would solve with creativity.
And also it sounds like you are annoyed other client devs are dragging their feet at implementing the same solution to the problem that you hoped client devs would solve in a number of different creative ways? Do I have it right? 😀
You are absolutely free to spend your BTC how ever you like, go forth and do whatever you want, enjoy, I zap, I’ve bought things with mine. It’s fine.
Obviously the absurd isn’t true, the more you spend the more wealth you will have. Your an adult I presume you are saving more than you spend, enjoy.
Easy button to running a moderated nostr relay? I’ll be watching to learn what this is all about.
