I was interested in learning rust but I decided to give Kotlin a shot. It seems a little closer to the languages I am familiar with (C#, JS, C++). Kotlin will probs become my main for a little, now that C# is dead to me (leavibg Windows behind), before I start with Rust.

How is Rust for you so far? The ownership memory looks odd for people used to other languages 😆

Yea, right now it hides the content if you aren't following the person. Having an option to hide all content with user specified ads would be a nice feature.

Easy solution: don't call yourself a bitcoiner.

Amethyst should have the option to blur images instead of hiding them. A tap to open unblurred, or toggle the blur effect, would be useful.

Are you torrenting? The torrent apps on Umbrel all mention they dont use Tor so you would need to figure out how to route them seperately or run a network wide service, which may mess with how Umbrel routes itself. I only use Umbrel in a Ubuntu VM for crypto related stuff and a Nostr relay so I am not too familiar with it.

Does the downloader run through a VPN or Tor? The ISP should be able to see everything regardless of what device you connect to if it still goes through them. They usually don't give an email except for specific content here so maybe it's the same for you.

I think Amethyst moved to a new system an update or two ago that lets it work with Plebstr's mutes. You have to re-block everyone to use it though. It creates a new 'mute' list that lets you view all your blocked people.

I feel like cooking food myself would be beneficial. Better quality food and cheaper with marginal time lost.
