Trying to follow #npub15879 to learn all the bitcoin things, and am feeling challenged. I need someone to breakdown the wallet thing... will be going back to Bitcoin Breakout episode 1 and starting from scratch, but I've got Strike and Exodus downloaded from before. Now BlueWallet because I was trying to figure out how to Zap. Set up Alby yesterday as a part of this Noster business... downloadedWallet of Satoshi yesterday and bought my first Bitcoin on there. I'm really having a hard time narrowing down what is a wallet, what is for lightning, what is an exchange. Can someone break this down for me. OH! And I have the Fold card, but I can't load money to it easily because my mailing address with my bank is a PO Box, so can't connect to my bank account. I'm going to try direct depositing part of my paycheck. Just feel like I have downloaded all of the things and don't know what to use for what. PHEW!

I secured a key set for The Beef Initiative because Texas Slim is just too damn busy to do all of this.

I am not squatting the name; I'm holding it for Texas Slim. He's down under and is not going to have time to get this all set up so I just said "fuck it" and got one for him because TBI is going to need to get here sooner or later.

I need some help. I recently upgraded to the newest version of Ubuntu and now Bitcoin Core will shut down while I'm at work. I have the GUI setup to automatically start. Does anyone know why, and how I can fix this?

I did fuck around and add a user that was specifically for running Core before I upgraded the OS. I tried to run bitcoind. I thought it was working, but I was unsure. I said fuck it and deleted the user, and decided to just run Core GUI like I had been doing. Then a couple days later I upgraded OS. Now Core shuts down. Not sure if it's the upgrade or my fault. Probably my fault lol, I'm kinda retarded when it comes to computers.

What have been your most fulfilling non-bitcoin related hobbies?
