It seems that scammers have discovered it. The Bisq Easy security model (reputation based) seems to be more vulnerable than the Bisq 1 multisig model.

It's wild to think that usually an app has access to ALL of your files and pictures.
Choose which files you want to grant access to any app.
It's a bit of a double edged sword.
I gave WhatsApp a storage scope but I found that I would cross post images and I found a fair workaround: you can share an image from the filesystem and GIVE WhatsApp the file from outside its storage scope.
I think there might have been more points of friction, but whatever.
