It is fun to work together on this project. I love it, when I see so many new language added each release. It is awesome to have this diverse bunch of people working here together for free just because we can!

So I'd like to say thank you too for the great collaboration: I am proud to run my own paid relay since this week. The entrance fee is 5000 sats but I am happy to reimburse the whole translation team. The server is currently under no load at all (6 cores are bored as hell), but the hosting is paid for 12 months so I can assure you that this relay will be there for quite some time. Damus with paid relays is so much better because there is no spam in global feed anymore. Happy to relay you! 🤙

With Damus it is quite the reverse: ~30MB per 1min session! 😱

Did some German translations to recent Damus changes (zaps, relay filter). Now again 100% translated! ✅

Well, this specific example could be solved with a "exlicit" tag (clients/users woul need to set it though). But I suppose you are thinking of a more broad solution? Some days ago I read about relay sets: You define specific relays for a specific content and switch them easily in your client to change the view.

Some clients also store them locally, but usually not. You can run your own personal relay to have a backup of all your notes. But of course you need to configure this in every client you are using.
