Between the rains 🌧today I got all the weeds out of my raised bed. Planted tomatoes 🍅 , eggplant 🍆 , watermelon 🍉 , cantaloupe 🍈 , cukes 🥒 and patty pan squash. In other containers I planted more onions 🧅. Also already had strawberries 🍓, asparagus, 3 types of onions and a plethora of herbs. Good day!

In between the rain today I’ve planted tomatoes, cukes, eggplant, patty pans, watermelon, cantaloupe and some more onions.
I want to pet the cow! We’ve been looking to buy raw milk near us. We tried a place last weekend but the sales area was so dirty we weren’t comfortable with how they may processes and bottle the milk/cream.
I was too tired to take pics last night of what we bought at the Farmer’s market. Isn’t this bread gorgeous! I can’t wait to cut into this loaf for lunch.

Good morning! I plan to get the tomato plants and some marigolds in the ground today. Maybe some party pan seed also.
Tonight we went to a small farmers market that we just learned about. What a great event. We bought tomato plants from a lady that grew them from seed (which I haven’t had time to do). Also bought sourdough starter and a a homemade loaf of sourdough bread. Now we’re discussing what we can make and sell. Then we went to a locally owned restaurant for dinner. Great evening!
