Guys I am so grateful for the jab, the propaganda campaign, and it’s coercive rollout strategy (obviously besides anyone that was injured as a result of it)..
When talking with normal thinking friends and family it’s such an easy gateway to talk about our sickcare (not healthcare) system, govt institutions having zero credibility, conspiracies that have been proven right, self-sovereignty, preparedness, decentralization, and so much more.
It really did open up a lot of asleep eyeballs and made people question many aspects of the fabric of life. Sometimes these conversations lead into Bitcoin, Nostr, and other solutions for all the BS out there, so that’s always a win

I met one of the family members at the farmers market and told them we liked their stuff. He immediately asked for our address and mailed us a case of the chips.

Mostly pastured chickens, ducks, pigs and seasonally turkeys and geese. They have a commercial kitchen on the farm and make everything in house

Definitely agree. I think a lot of people look back on the early days of buying pizzas with Bitcoin and are scared of using it frivolously bc of what it may be someday.
Spreading zaps around feels good though, and since I’ve started using Bitcoin on here more has fallen in my lap outside of Nostr without really trying

I recently built a mobile chicken coop for my neighbors. They're an older couple with some health issues, so I needed a way to make the coop easy to move without bending down. I came up with this system. The white board is the handle, about 4' long so it's easy to grab while standing. Rotate it forward until the locking bar drops into place, then repeat on the opposite side, grab the handles at the front of the coop, and away you go. The wheels are placed very close to the balance point of the structure, so one only has to lift a couple pounds of weight at the front end to move it.
Not shown in these photos is that, once the hardware cloth covers the coop, a rope runs over the top between the two locking bars. Then you just tug the rope to lift the locking bar out of the way and rotate the wheel back into the raised position.
I also built a shelf on the inside of the door, for the food and water to sit on. They can just swing open the door and have easy access to that. I'm hoping that maintaining the chickens every day gives them a little sorely-needed exercise and outdoor activity. I built garden beds for them last year, and that's helped a lot to get them on the path to healthier living.

Can someone give me a rundown of how Nostr communities work? I just discovered https://satellite.earth/ and https://kiwi.nostr and I'm so excited! But how does the back end work? How do notes map to communities? How are community names registered or transferred? So many questions.

You definitely should create a #TSP kiwi/satellite earth group that’s built on nostr. Will be great especially whenever the groups get integrated into clients/apps. Some of us aren’t in the telegram groups, Zello, etc #[3]

The other aspect is I’m guessing >90% of the people on Nostr understand and embrace Bitcoin.
If they wanted to actually reach non-believers with the Bitcoin gospel they could go hold a sign up at a busy intersection or something.
Or just go on twitter with it
