I took it slow. Knocking one thing after another. Your body goes through kind of a shock if you do too much at once. I no longer eat any seed oils, only beef tallow and ghee. I also don’t eat any vegetables or grains. I mainly consume eggs, beef and cheese for protein. And I eat some fruits but no refined sugars. It’s working well for me but everyone’s body is different.

I’ve been listening to a lot of Dr. Paul Saladino’s stuff and other sources lately. I think it’s unlikely you can point to one thing. It’s likely a mix of things including gut health. Eliminating inflammatory foods and consuming high quality non processed and simple or single ingredient foods is important. I’m following a similar diet to Dr. Saladino over the past 6 months and have noticed significant improvement in my health.

So we decided not to sell our house mainly because I object to paying 1% to an agent when we do almost all the work and have all the liabilities and pay all the costs.

Paying an estate agent for doing a hand full of viewings more than I pay my builder in 10 weeks for actually building our house is morally obscene.

We're going in to the Airbnb business instead.

My builder is going to run the business and earning commission, which he deserves, while we travel the world finding our next home.

He's really excited, it gives him additional income to his hourly rate.
