Be Digitally Sovereign! The computer movement where we make it easy to run your own Bitcoin/Lightning Node, private Bitcoin point of sale, private cloud, private messaging with voice and video calling, private website hosting, and private Bitcoin buying and selling to name a few all on one device called the Sovran Pro.

What is happening at the Bitcoin conference?! I don't want to speak too soon, as I am not there. However, it seems from the feed, it is a mainstream media centralized circle jerk.

Enjoy Nashville everyone!

ahh, that sucks. If you have a fast internet and an ssd, it should take about 3 days.

Do any of you know if there are any FOSS Operating Systems and their organizations that do NOT take money from governments?

Thanks in advance!

Also, thank you for the zap! That was very kind of you.

If using bitcoind, then yes, it might be going into automatic `--reindex-chainstate` Depending on your internet connection and drive type it could take between 3 days to a month to `--reindex-chainstate` Once bitcoind is finished, then your lightning node will connect.

1. Zeus might be the simplest.

2. Getting a Sovran Pro. We do all the hard lifting for them (all software and hardware is setup and installed). They just have to know how to use BTCpayserver.

I hear this. However, NixOS is huge! It has the most package out of any Linux distor. It is the evolution of Linux. It will not just fade into the sunset. This is why I think the software is under attack. NixOS has changed the game in Linux and the folks who have experienced Nix and NixOS they won't go back to regular Linux.

Hey nostr:npub1r62uqpe3pmnaxdrmyr98zs24xt9g363pe93h3rpp24s2c7srkc5spq8emd thanks for reaching out! Yes, I am proud of Sovran Systems.

Good question on the NixOS drama. I have not seen any of those issues impacting the releasing of software updates or any major news that immediate drastic changes are happening with the release schedules. It seems, at least on the software side, the git repos are business as usual. Also, I have not been following it too closely, as have to keep focused on the software needed for Sovran_SystemsOS.
