Lamb ribs & chops cooked over a fire!! LETS GO BABY!!
Carnivore for the win! 🏆

A little over 10 months ago I started to reclaim my life in different aspects; one being physically. I started by attending a gym with a trainer 3x a week and now I embrace staying active on the daily. Part of today’s workout is splitting wood. Can’t get any more Canadian than that! 💪😎

Starting my day with a full heart!! 💕
Today’s alarm went off at 3:40am. My morning consisted of making lunches and getting my niece and nephew ready for school. We chatted about their friends, their activities and sharing all the little details in between which was so fun to hear life through the eyes of children. My niece requested French braids and my nephew was excited to talk about hockey. They both gave me heartfelt hugs even in front of their peers. The bond an Auntie shares with her niece and nephew is something that cannot be summed up into words but instead only felt. I have two extensions of my heart walking around in this world. These times are precious and it’s something I will always treasure and carry with me in my heart!

Life isn’t served on a silver platter and dinner certainly doesn’t need to be either!
A simple dinner of left over brisket & eggs served on paper plates and enjoyed on a picnic table with the sunshine!

Tonight’s dinner:
BRISKET BABY!!
Following a dirty carnivore diet doesn’t have to be boring. Actually it’s just the opposite. Eating and fuelling your body with a meat based diet is quite tasty when you remove the sauces and unnecessary junk. Homemade seasonings and added ingredients as simple as salt and pepper enhances the taste of the meat and eventually it becomes your preference!!

This Goldilocks doesn’t eat porridge!! Meat & protein is where it’s at. I’ve been following a carnivore/dirty carnivore diet for the last 10 months and have never felt better!
Today’s lunch included farm fresh chicken & duck eggs with S&P and onions cooked in ghee butter on a cast iron pan:
