Day 3/31

31:38 minutes on the treadmill burning 313 calories & going into my 61st hour of a water fast. 💪

It’s fair to say that Ontario is not what it once was sadly.

I literally had a car coming at me with them driving the wrong way on the 400 last year. Luckily I noticed and stayed in the right lane! 🫣 It was a pretty surreal and shocking experience.

It’s so interesting to see kids have similar interests and explore it. I’ve only witnessed it with my niece and nephew but look forward to one day have my own children.

Absolutely!! I stayed in for 2 minutes and possibly 3 minutes. After the first time I was hooked and couldn’t get enough!

Omg lol not me sir! I hightailed it to a warm cabin to sit next to a hot woodstove fire and held a cozy cup of tea in my hands to warm up! I didn’t care about putting pants on but as soon as I had a hoodie on I was out of there!

I want to beat my record of 63.5. I’m aiming for 72 which is set to end at 2:15am (a late night snack before my fast created a late start for me) so I could possibly reach longer. I’m going to listen to my body and see what I can do!
