Fruit ! Honey ! Carbs !
That one human being will desire to render the person and property of another subservient to his pleasures, notwithstanding the pain or loss of pleasure which it may occasion to that other individual, is the foundation of government.

Fruit is what plants want us to eat – so that we help them reproduce. That’s why they made their fruit both sweet and colorful, with far less defense chemicals than their leaves, stems, roots and seeds.
OK we agree 😊
Processed food modern diets are bad.
Weston Price was visionary.
I just think seed oils are worse than refined carbohydrates.
Also I want to emphasise that not all carbs are the same.
Carbs in fruit and root vegetables are healthy.
Carbs in grains, beans, nuts and seeds are not.
I was confused but then I realised it’s New Year 🤪
OK
I know you regard carbs as toxic.
I used to as well !
Here is a lecture (from a low carb conference !) which sheds light on the real problem.

“To a large extent, the Maasai live on the milk from their cattle, which means their diet is as full of fats as the diet of people living in the West. Unlike Westerners, however, the Maasai do not have many problems related to lifestyle diseases.”
I know what Samoans used to eat because I have discussed it with hundreds of them.
Arthritis in Masai ?
Reference please.
Plenty of carbohydrate in milk.

Right . They also developed techniques to carry dried mares milk. Each warrior was able to carry several weeks worth of food . This gave them a great advantage over opponents.
The Maasai live on the milk (and some blood)from their cattle.

This Samoan chief ate fish, meat, coconut , root vegetables and tropical fruit all year round. He never fasted or limited carbohydrates. He never went to the gym and did little physical work.

I have talked to many elderly Samoan patients who told me what they ate in the villages in Samoa when they were young. I am only repeating what they told me.
I agree 100 % that refined sugar and grains are unhealthy.
However my conclusion is that sugar/carbs are being used as the scapegoat/ distraction from the seed oil poisoning.
Another thing to consider.
If sugar is toxic why is it in breast milk ?
