https://www.europesays.com/2082996/ Japan has a plan to beam energy down to Earth from space #japan #solar

Unpopular opinion:
There's already energy beaming down to earth from space: ☀️
#solar
Good news:
It's getting distributed around the earth every day.
And it's easy and cheap to transform it to electricity.
Nice project!! 🫂
Get a S9, install Braiins OS on it and integrate it in Home Assistant with: https://github.com/Schnitzel/hass-miner
Regarding where to buy the S9, you can still find them on eBay:

PS: do a little bit of seller research before buying, of course.
Nice project!! 🫂

There's no year zero as there's no month zero, no day zero, no century zero, no millennium zero:
Because all this numbers are *ordinals*, not cardinals.
Nice!!
Thank you very much for your explanation!

💯
And this could be combined with multiple way to receive zaps:
- lnurl address(es)
- bolt12 address(es)
- nutzaps
- etc
Zap clients could support several ways of zapping, with different priorities, ofc.
🤔 mmm...
It doesn't fit with transactionfee.info ...

If there is anyone NOT pushing mining centralization, it's nostr:npub1lh273a4wpkup00stw8dzqjvvrqrfdrv2v3v4t8pynuezlfe5vjnsnaa9nk and the others at nostr:npub1qtvl2em0llpnnllffhat8zltugwwz97x79gfmxfz4qk52n6zpk3qq87dze, who don't even require individual miners to use their block templates. I can run Knots with whatever datacarrier limit I want and mine on OCEAN, generating my own block templates. Yeah, I am a nobody home miner, but large scale miners can do exactly the same.
I'm glad you have the option to run whatever node software you prefer.
But I'm not talking about intentions, I'm talking about consequences:

Filtering relayed transactions is an illusion: you can't avoid the transaction to get mined, and what is even worse, you just push for more mining centralisation and damage the bitcoin p2p network.

Consensus code is the most important code, I think we all agree.
But we also have to take care of P2P code, as Bitcoin network is crucially important to true decentralisation.

😱
Sometimes I have to repeat to myself "bitcoin is for everyone, bitcoin is for everyone...", in order to not forget it.

Cool!!
Offline paying is such a nice functionality.
I love Cashu, but to be fair, that was not entirely true last Monday.
Internet was still working in several places, including mobile network (though arguably it was not very stable).
So lightning and onchain could still be used.
Even some card readers were functional.
