Make sure you go to a server with plenty of training arenas. Pack strength and long-duration stat boosts in your inventory for when you’re doing the workout mini-game. It’s a bit repetitive, but can make your character keep HP boosts over the course of your gameplay.
My family went with a smaller character build, but +2 in intelligence and +1 in strength.
Unfortunately, I received a -3 debuff in dexterity, so my character is constantly dropping stuff.
