Pro tip for others with ridiculous amounts of tshirts that are hard to part with - T-shirt quilts! I have one from Alabama football game shirts, one from sorority shirts, and at this rate, will soon have several of bitcoin themed shirts 😂

I love true crime podcasts for long car rides - counterclock has a few different seasons and they are great. Also to live and die in LA, up and vanished, dirty john and the shrink next door are other entertaining series.

Ooo you need to check out https://www.crossrope.com/ - they also have a great app with workouts. I think I did two 8 min sets once at my peak, but have just started jumping again this week after about a year off, so I’m starting back at 30-45 second intervals and will build back up 😅
