No. I don't suggest it is negligable. Also I am not talking about a how. It is more like a "what". Might not be possible.
I rather tried to come from a user perspective in this idea.
I think I heard a sub-utxo idea, where multiple people can create a subutxo, that can be combined together to make one utco to make onchain fees smaller. But it requires some trust I think. But this might be a direction for this idea I have here.
What do you think:
Bitcoin hodlers mining at home or non-bitcoiners starting to hodl bitcoin in self-custody would make a bigger difference?

Plus, deflation not only compared to fiat, because the more people use bitcoin, the higher its price. Which is independent from the printing of fiat.

Random idea:
Dynamic lightning LSPs
Idea:
You don't have static lightning channels through LSPs. When you want to send sats, you just ask for a quote. Then you get a popup of options to send your money through different LSPs with its fees.
This could increase competitiveness. Also would give more flexibility.

I think you don't pay more, you just lose the deflation, its value increase.
TLDR;
The more money you save in bitcoin, the more deflates.
I was pondering on living with a "deflationary currency". And I just realized if you store your money in bitcoin, it is as close as it gets to live with a deflationary currency.
I think, with a deflationary currency you would still get price swings. The cost of goods in bitcoin (if it is THE money) would depend on the amount of goods. So saying, if in a year, there are less breads then in previous year, bread would cost more in that year. But this would only impact the bread prices, not all other prices, in contrary to an inflationary environment.
