We made a free walking tour. It's actually a mix of some topics.

Of course gentrification is a topic here. We stay in a hotel which could be a house for living instead. But on the other hand in brings money in the country.

But compared to other cities I have been it is very obvious that there are a lot of empty houses in the middle of the city center or famous places just because of speculation.

But to renovate those buildings is actually a tough topic and will cost you lot of money before you can use it for whatever reason.

But as almost everywhere you see the decay.

Lot of empty and decaying houses because owners speculate to sell it to some good price somewhen in the future, stealing livings pace for the people.

Speculate on house prices is inefficient and has negative consequences for the people.

Ich verurteile die Tat, aber ich denke die Diskussion setzt hier an der falschen Stelle an. Was genau bewegt die Menschen dazu so aufeinander loszugehen. Und es hat sicherlich nicht nur etwas mit dem politischen Ton der AFD zu tun. Die Frustration auf Politik ist allgegenwärtig und ist sicherlich auch damit begründet, dass der Staat immer übergriffiger und aufgeblähter wird, dabei oftmals eine Politik am souverän vorbei treibt und dann von der Bürgerschafft finanziert wird und den Leuten noch weniger Geld in den Taschen bleibt.

I hope I didn't sound offensive. I truly believe in nostr and hope that it's gonna blossom well. But for me as a non-tech it's hard to understand when people here in the #nostr space are explaining everybody should run his oh relay or that you should use tor behind nostr for higher privacy security.

For me a as a normal user who uses #amethyst it would be comfortable if that privacy needs are set by default, so I don't have to worry about anything. 🤔🤷🏻‍♂️

Maybe it is like that already? But listen to the space here it sounds like it's not.

Surely it want be that killer app feature, but in my opinion, I think it would be nice to add a feature that you can filter and sort global content by the

amount of sats which were given as a value 4 value.

So good content could spread even better.

Imagine one day nostr could be used for a political surveys.
