I find myself in a constant balancing act when using nostr. On one hand I want to be my authentic self. I also want to maintain anonymity and privacy at all times.
Does anyone else feel like they are being pulled in 2 different directions when they engage with nostr regularly?
Further thoughts:
The tension I feel when using nostr is all in my head and is based on how I want others to perceive me in this world.
The beauty of nostr:
Nostr allows you to be as public as you want or as private as you want.

Extremely fine line here where I live… majority of kids adopted from here go to Europe and the West..
I earn in a 3rd world currency so it gets hammered by the USD…
Not making excuses just the reality.. I’d prefer adoption

No vasectomy… I was trying to see if we could have kids via the IVF route.. had a procedure called TESE which came back with less than required sperm count or quantity.
So I had a procedure called TESE where they extract sperm and test it.. the quantity of sperm is so low that the probability of fertilization is very low.
Might have BTC but can’t medically have kids.
Had the operation and the results are like opening your wallet and you see you bought BCH instead of BTC..
Not the most ideal scenario if I’m honest.. oh and it’s fucking sore..
Back into the FIAT mines tomorrow but mind is slightly fucked.
