TLDR: Viewing direkt sunlight eraly in the day
- increases morning cortisol for starter energy
- increases #epinephrine & #dopamine
- starts the #melatonin timer for wanting to go to bed 12-14h later

The biggest mistakes people do, who want to turn their health around is:
- thinking its only about working out & nutrition
- neglecting introception & mindfullness
- refusing to look how their personality & habits braught them into their mess in the first place.
Technical adjustments to your workouts & daily routines will bring you only so far. At some point you will have to face your demons and do some inner work for lasting change
