Coincidentally, today I was picking cherries in our family garden and left my phone at home. This makes me want to distance myself from digital life, but I know it's hard because my job and business are closely connected to the digital world.
All the time, every day, and throughout the year, we all use phones and other digital tools. Sometimes, I really want to live without them. But I know digital life has become entangled with real life.

Iran and China have a similar status in the rankings of the world's most restricted countries (lowest ranks among 100 countries). However, in terms of speed and disruption indicators, China's ranking is better than Iran's. China ranks 61st in the Cloudflare report and 87th in the CrUX (Chrome User Experience) report in terms of internet speed and disruption, while these rankings for Iran are 97th and 90th, respectively.
Can you imagine dealing with this situation every day?ππ

Shapur I, also known as Shapur the Great, was the second king of the Sasanian Empire, ruling from 240 to 270 AD. He succeeded his father, Ardashir I, the founder of the Sasanian dynasty, and continued his efforts to consolidate and expand the empire. Shapur I is particularly notable for his military achievements and his confrontations with the Roman Empire.
