i learned this week that i really like the cold.

once it drops below 20 degrees F, or -7 C, i feel amazing.

especially on cold days with a clear sky.

I used to meditate every morning and evening. At least 30 minutes. Very consistently. Now I just enjoy the early hours of the morning in silence. Journaling. I go for a walk at sunrise. In the evening, I make myself some tea, curl up with a book and write down my thoughts.
