love love love working with energy flow. such a fundamental pillar to health.
i notice in the past, my clients who live with mindfulness benefit most from acu, and those who use it only like a "quick fix" & return to their hectic lives without any other energetic practice often feel hurt or jipped by acu.
i prefer acu in the evening to ensure a deep restorative sleep for maximum benefit. and i especially find acu helpful when i feel intense mental pressure but still have to perform at 110%.
