Agreed. Keeping people in your life, outside of family and close friends, that make your life harder is a burden you don't need.
Beware of first impressions, though. Some people need some time to figure out, and are worth having around once you do. Also, take the time and energy to get to know them. It's easy to put the the burden of proof all on them.
Now, the pieces are coming together. The plan to fix the world is the inverted playbook for totalitarian enslavement.
Break the soul, break the person.
Break the people, break the world.
Break the world, rebuild the world.
They want us isolated and hopeless. Broken families, no community, no church. No identity, barely human. Fake food, fake world, fake interaction. Poor and nothing to fight for, but we wouldn't anyways, as we'll thank them as our saviours.
Finding meaning, purpose, and connections to the world and people is how we resist.
