I was discussing the topic with other Bitcoin community builders from around Asia the other day about how to create a strong Bitcoin community.

Well, one of the most important thing is proof of work, you just got to do it, even if no one is watching or listening, you just do it.

But that's not all of it. Another important factor is targeting the right audience. You need to know who you are talking to, you need to know how to relate to your audience. As a former teacher this became second nature, but for my Bitcoin content I just choose myself as my target audience. A middle class millennial trying to make sense of the world. The people in the middle part of the train on the Snow piercer. I'll admit that was not intentional, but it shows in the statistics when most of my listerners are 30-40yo males. So by having a clear idea of who you are talking to, you'll start to create a genuine connection with your audiences.

With Rightshift, I want to have younger generations, people from different walks of life do the talking because they will relate better with their respective audiences.

Cross-sections are also very important.

It's really hard to grow an audience outside of the Bitcoin community by talking about Bitcoin.

I started off as a trading tip channel on Youtube. I focus on risk management and portfolio management over strategies and techniques, I was moderately well known in the trading and investment community so when I started talking about Bitcoin, I'm bringing in all these traders with me. Most of them came for the riches, but ended up getting Orange pilled and staying for the principles.

I realize this is what I need to get back on. Finding cross sections with other communities and subtly Orange pilling them. I hope the Right Shift Team members can help me expand our thriving community to new territory. I consider this an act of compassion, the sooner people wake up to the tyranny of the Banking and Political cartels and realizing there's a way out, the better it will be for everyone.

So don't just try to be another Bitcoin thinkboi, think of who you can help, and how, use your practical real world skills and connections to make it happen.
