ive muted very few accounts (a handful of autoreply spammers), and with recent hidden words feature in amethyst ive eliminated short term topic based spam attacks from view. its still a waste of network resources but no good way to resolve that

all in one custodial provider would be bad yes.

better to spread amongst multiple custodials.

even better would be use of privacy oriented custodials like Cashu and Fedimint.

better still would be for those that can to custody their own sats instead of entrusting to others.
