Ok, I enabled Zaps via a site: https://nostrscript.suhailsaqan.com

Which seemed to work great, as in it enabled a Zaps Icon on my Damus.

But I have no idea where the Zaps are going.

Any help would be appreciated?

Ok this is an embarrassing request but:

I’m on Damus, so Zaps got censored.

So I setup a zaps workaround, on Alby maybe, can’t remember…

And I send Zaps just fine (so far as a I know) but just experimented and sent myself a Zap and realized I have no idea where the Zaps I’m receiving are going to. Presumably a Custodial account, but I don’t remember where to look for that.

I just wanted to send people Zaps….

The lie - which they can never admit when pushed - is that they will always be better than the rest of us because they control the money.

It seems so simple. But I missed it my whole life, until Bitcoin.

2023: buy & setup Samurai node so you can pay 5% to turn 1million sats into 10 forward-privacy utxo’s of 100,000 each.

2024: Consolidate those 10 utxo’s on the first dip under 100sats/vb so they don’t become stranded forever.

Bitcoin is under attack, and the battle is just beginning.

But the tiny army attacking it defends a monumental, fundamental lie.

Everything I’m hearing out of China (from actual Chinese speakers/readers with friends and family there) is that China is imploding in real time. Far faster than the Western world. But they hide things well because of their expertise in propaganda and their reliance on how NOBODY in the West reads or speaks Chinese.

Just as with the internet, the early builders/companies on Bitcoin are going to fail. The exchanges, the early wallets, the pretend middle-men between fiat and Bitcoin…they’re going to fail. Coinbase will go the way of AOL, Swan will be Lycos, the Bitcoin for cash-card exchangers will be idunno, Petsmart or whatever. The path is well trod.

The winners in the Bitcoin future are going to be those who risk everything to build the most robust, singular future on Bitcoin.

The Amazons, the Googles, the Ebays, the Facebooks. But different. You can’t copy the past and innovate.

And you can’t incorporate and become wealthy on this new platform.

You have to build a magnanimous future without regard for whether you become wealthy yourself, except in how you sell your works to stack sats.
