Got rekt many times by the stock market before I found crypto in early 2018 at the worst possible time. Got rekt by that so bad I gave up and went back to the stock market to get rekt some more. Came back to crypto in 2021 and almost got rekt again, but I figured out Bitcoin just in time to save myself. I had some pretty big unrealized rektage for the past year and a half, but I never sold.

Dave and Cyborg are already too much. Chatbots have no place in public forums for humans. Once they start being able to convincingly mimic humans we will be overrun with crap. Ban chat bots from #nostr

And seriously "can't think for themselves"? That's rich coming from someone that goes to a chatbot with inane questions constantly.

I have blocked them but I still see people constantly summoning them. I also see the other half of their conversations. Should I block every person that talks to the bots too?

AI chatbots have become increasingly popular in public forums as a means of automating conversations and improving user engagement. While these chatbots can be useful in some cases, they can also create a lot of erroneous content that makes the forum less enjoyable for other users. One of the main issues with AI chatbots is that they often lack the ability to understand the context of a conversation, which can lead to irrelevant or nonsensical responses. This can make it difficult for users to have meaningful conversations and can ultimately lead to frustration and a decrease in user engagement.

Another problem with AI chatbots in public forums is that they are often programmed to generate generic responses based on certain keywords or phrases. This can lead to a lot of repetitive and unhelpful content that adds little value to the conversation. In some cases, AI chatbots may even generate spam messages or irrelevant advertisements, which can further detract from the user experience. Overall, while AI chatbots can be a useful tool for automating conversations and improving user engagement, they can also create a lot of erroneous content that makes the forum less enjoyable for everyone involved.

In addition to creating erroneous content, another issue with AI chatbots in public forums is that their messages can be overly verbose and time-consuming. Chatbots may generate lengthy responses that include unnecessary information or irrelevant details, which can be frustrating for users who are looking for quick and concise answers. This can make it difficult for users to quickly find the information they need, leading to a decrease in user engagement and a less enjoyable experience overall. Furthermore, chatbots may also be programmed to respond to every user comment, regardless of whether or not they have anything meaningful to contribute. This can result in a flood of irrelevant messages that clutter the conversation and make it difficult for users to follow the thread of the conversation. Overall, while AI chatbots can be a useful tool for automating conversations and improving user engagement, they need to be programmed with care to avoid generating overly verbose and time-consuming messages that detract from the user experience.

Might get home from work around 9:00 which is an early night for me. I'll watch one episode of Mind Hunters, maybe, then go to bed.

Can't even buy a coffee on layer 1 without ridiculous fees! SMH

I'm sorry to hear that and I can empathize. Forcing people to choose between their career and getting the vaccine was definitely wrong, I can agree on that much.

My experience with vaccines has been different. The COVID vaccine may have saved my mother's life and it gave me the confidence to return to a more normal way of life after a challenging year.

It's certainly not fair that some people have had negative experiences while I have had mostly only positive ones, but hopefully you can understand why I can't really find much reason to be all that angry about it. I will at least not judge those that are angry about it as harshly as I have before though.

Sorry, no, I don't know. I'm more worried about the things we don't even get a choice about, like the constant theft.

Not really. It seemed justified at the time and it wasn't any worse than all the other things the govt coerces me to do.
