Saying that the sun and UV rays don't damage the skin or increase the risk of skin cancer is like saying smoking doesn't increase the risk of lung cancer. I really don't get this trend of questioning everything, it's like everyone's suddenly paranoid, like, "Hmm, everyone's lying to us." And I don't get it, is this supposed to be a battle?? On one side you've got a dermatologist who's spent over a decade studying all the cellular mechanisms of how the sun damages the skin backed by tons of research and on the other side you've got Steven Lubka, whose "favorite topic is the sun." So are we supposed to believe Steven just because he REALLY likes the sun and he's telling us "Don't worry guys, the sun's totally safe"???

BTW nobody's forcing you to avoid the sun or use a sunscreen, just like nobody's forcing people not to smoke. But the fact remains: the sun causes skin damage and increases the risk of skin cancer.

the trend comes from the whole medical profession playing along with the covid hoax, keeping their mouths shut about the experimental gene therapy rebranded as vaccine. I think its very understandable that folks now start distrusting those people in general. Dont trust, verify. Everything.

Expect the same or higher FUD on lightning as you have seen on #Bitcoin layer 1. Ie - Follow the money!!

As more people realize how attacking Bitcoin first layer only made it more decentralized and secure, it makes perfect sense that capturing the 2nd layer also moves into focus.

Imagine telling people that Lightning will not scale when it has grown ~ 20,000 % over the last couple of years. It IS scaling and becoming easier to use as companies building on it (like Breez) solve problems that bring on the masses.

Other scaling solutions like Fedimint, integrate and scale further.

Super exciting times in as the builders - build.

Yes, still things to work on but saying lightning is dead, is akin to saying Bitcoin was dead for the last 14 years.

Ps - on a personal note, I use it every day (as many of you do on Nostr) and it seems to be “scaling” just fine.

Wouldn’t be surprised. Other cost saving measures I’ve seen at all our local McDonald’s:

- cash registers not manned and ordering kiosks are the preferred way to order now

- no more drink machines in dining area, so you have to ask for refills at the counter (which is sparsely staff due to the ordering kiosks)

- no condiments or napkins available in dining area, so you have to ask for them at the counter.

I have plenty of hair, but since my 20’s it been growing more and more gray.

No chance in color until now, but it will happen! Other parts of the body changed much faster: skin, nails, eyes, etc. I just imagine the internal organs rejuvenation.

I asked Darko about loosing the feel of pulsation on my hand while using the pulser after some time, he said it is normal, the blood is still being electrified but the nerve does not respond anymore. Do you noticed it too?

And you, any noticeable chance in health?

Good to hear you are so successful with it. What happened to your eyes? My eyesight went down over the past 2 years, so i hope that i can restore it.

I did not feel any other improvements with the pulsing to be honest, i feel great and i felt great before. The saltwater drinking gave me way more stamina when doing workouts though, the number of push-ups and sit ups i can do went to ridiculous levels, pretty awesome.

Wanna move that conversation to private? I guess nobody else is interested in it. What messengers do you use?
