Sesame seed oil here in Korea is fantastic. My grandma gets sesame seeds as payment for lease of her rice fields a local oiler presses them and gives us the oil in old soju bottles… it’s truly amazing stuff… with raw beef, for dipping bbq beef, on rice, spinach, and many more.

Really anything with an ingredients label in general is terrible for your health

But 90% of items in most grocery shops are straight up poisoning you

2 ingredients that’s good

Apple

1 ingredient that’s good

Fish 1 ingredient

Cheese

A banana 1 ingredient

Basically anything with 1 or 2 ingredients I like

Peanuts 1 ingredient peanuts

Real food

Not fiat food
