Probably newb gains. Size will platou and you'll just get stronger.
Also confirmation that you did lifting wrong.
Just know what your goals are and do what you enjoy, because miserable workouts are unsustainable.
What happened: The Tapie affair was a long-running financial case that involved allegations of corruption and political influence in France. Tapie was a convicted criminal himself, formerly a Socialist minister who later switched sides and backed the Centre-right.
Christine Lagarde decided to allow a dispute over Tapie's sale of the Adidas sports brand to Credit Lyonnais bank to be resolved by a rarely used private arbitration panel, instead of through the courts. The panel awarded Tapie 400 million funded by taxpayers' money. A court later reversed the decision in 2015 and ordered Tapie to return the sum with interest. In 2016, Lagarde was charged with "negligence" over the payout to Tapie, and she was found guilty.
No, I think they're going to tell their commercial bank friends they're out of a job. 😂 😂
If I thought the government was competent I wouldn't preach free markets.
Shouldn't be the case. Not if you work on your form, mobility, stabilizers, and warm up well.
All that volume might help you lose weight but you're not going to build muscle. You'll just get very dense and strong.
If you like calisthenics better, you should set up some bars (if you have space), and get gymnastic rings, which you don't need space for. Hang them from a tree.
Maybe it was an internal transfer. Unless they just had 1 big client...
Although #BrokenMoney is about money and finance, I dedicated a full chapter to the topic of privacy.
It covers government financial surveillance, surveillance capitalism, the frequency of data breaches, Snowden, Pegasus, Chinese export of surveillance tech to dictators around the world, etc.
Surrounding chapters are about CBDCs, encryption, and the intersection of financial technology and human rights so it all kind of flows together.
I figure that most people won’t read a book about privacy but if I can stick some privacy-focused content into a money book that will indeed reach a wide audience, it’ll educate a lot of people on the topic that weren’t otherwise looking for it specifically.

Life without Bitcoin. Sad

Am I wrong for smiling when people dismissive of Bitcoin cause it's only used by criminals get locked out by bankers?
I think it's just point 1 and 5. You can get it he middle stuff along the way. But they're a requirement to start and not succumb to greed.
Awesome! I will keep it in mind and let you know when the day comes. 😊
If I'm gonna hang it up on the wall it would need to be a significant date. Maybe something in the 835k range when I expect my house to be finished.
Graduation, weddings, things like that, especially if you could sneak a transaction on there.
Would you make to order? Or ask around see if other people would dig it.
I pay myself first, so yes.
I wouldn't say feeling the pain but we was averaging up all March to August, 6 months, so then the 10% drop hurt profit ratios.
Depends on when the DCA started you may be back to negative now.
