Social media isn't the problem. Social media COMPANIES are the problem.

Time doesn’t heal. You heal yourself with time.
I see a lot of posts on Reddit about bad managers, but it is always from a sub called r/antiwork. Makes me wonder what the real story was.
I own a business that employs 30 people and genuinely believe that I work for my employees and not the other way around.
Yes, I have the “power” to end their employment. Really that power is just responsibility.
I have a responsibility and burden of sometimes making unpopular decisions for the betterment of the company so that my people can prosper. I am nothing without them, I own nothing without them, I make nothing without them.
Last year I was the 3rd highest paid person in the company. That doesn’t happen every year, but those people worked their asses off and 100% deserved to make more than me. All the business profits were re-invested.
Watching my people flourish is worth more to me than more money. This mindset has turned the business into a magical machine that you put a quarter in and get a dollar back from.
I didn’t think you could upload files to the root directory in SquareSpace.
🤷🏽
Enjoy your vacation & safe travels.

Thanks Matt, really appreciate the kind words and hearing of your experience. 🫂
GM, time is scarce.
My hero is dying of cancer, and every time I fly home after visiting him I am not sure if that will have been the last time I get see him. The last time I get to tell him I loved him, and thank him for making me who I am. The last time I am able to get advice from him.
I hope some day I can look back and say all this made me stronger, but right now it just feels like a black hole.
Don't sleep walk through life. Love boldly. Live boldly.
I want a desktop native nostr client that has an integrated non-custodial LN wallet. Too bad I am too much of a dullard to build it myself.
What is your favorite non-custodial desktop #lightning wallet?
I eventually just spun up a Debian VM on my homelab proxmox server and spun up the docker containers myself. I manage them with portainer to make it a little nicer to work with.
I tried, but they need an alternative to tor. They are supposedly working on it, but connecting through tor is a slog. Tailscale on Umbrel makes the whole experience 10x better.

It was just cringey. Luckily the cat is out of the bag.
This is good work, ser.
