They lied... I've never had luck with onions from seed, onion sets are easy. The rest of the seeds might still sprout, you might try using some bottom heat to gently raise the temp. Good Luck

I wonder if anyone out there can help me identify this flower. I've lived here almost five 5 years and this is the first time I've seen it. I did move a bunch of irises and other bulbs last fall so that must have opened up enough room for it. The seek app just tells me it's in the onion family.

Here's a picture of the fence picket on the bottom of the tractor for anyone who has trouble visualizing it.

I think that's why you're supposed to put a turtle on your fence post to keep the rain off. 😁Seriously though, a lot of folks around here just put a flagstone on top.

I had a friend with a salatin style tractor who tried it but the wood wasn't strong enough and after a week or so started to come loose.

For my backyard tractor I just put a couple of fence pickets underneath and used them like ski's. It also had the benefit of keeping anything from reaching under the tractor to grab a midnight snack.

You can use a dolly/handtruck with inflatable wheels if you have somewhat uneven terrain.

Good video. I actually mended a couple of hoses yesterday, I'll have to go back and use the duct tape idea.

Since I detest leaky hose ends I put an o-ring on the part that fits inside the hose and position it so it will be on the hose end of the clamp. I use a heat gun to embiggen the hose and slide the brass piece and o-ring all the way in, then position and tighten the clamp.

My mother-in-law came to see the baby and grandkids, so I got a little bit of "me time". Traced down the source of the stain on the basement ceiling. I was afraid it was the toilet in the kids bathroom but thankfully that wasn't it. Turns out my 4 and 6 year old flooded the bathroom playing with bath toys in the sink. 🤦‍♂️ Twice. 🤦‍♂️

The 13 year old is almost too cool to hang with Dad, but I managed to spend some time by letting her play a new-to-her game 221B Baker Street. based on Sherlock Holmes, it's an ok game not well designed but she's been reading the stories so it made sense.

Day three of spending time with each kid, today was the 9 year old's turn. Made some cookies, fixed her fairy lights, and played Ticket to Ride Nordic Countries. She is my board game wizard but I managed to eke out a two point victory. Her brother decided to test the fire extinguisher while I was fixing the lights. Yes, a 4 year old can activate a fire extinguisher.

Today was the 6 year olds turn for dedicated time with Dad. She opted for hair salon. I wasn't happy with how it turned out, she said she liked it but didn't leave a tip so 🤷🏻‍♂️

I don't have any aquaponics background but i'd say that local fish would be better adapted than anything you bought online. FWIW where I live there are a lot of city/town owned ponds that don't require a license, also HOA's usually only require a owner give you permission.
