I would say that GrapheneOS is way better for advanced users than iPhone, but it is definitely vice versa for casual users.

Just have added #Gentoo Linux template to our VPS

You should be able to do it yourself, but if VPN software is packaged to distro, it can contain systemd service too.

I installed the nostr:nprofile1qqs2c0m2lct4j0mpsyz38kkf58j5f6rmnn53kf7n0wywck8m42gpf2spg4mhxue69uhny6nndekxsenwv4kxjee4v93hzdnfv93hjerd0fjxyerdvumhsam4dekng7rvxechwcnk0fskxae5d3mhy6ndd3ukgtn0de5k7m30q9zhwumn8ghj7cnfw33k76twwgmxgef4d34hv7p5w3c8werd0fexgenywpkxzdtn09snyctxwacxxctzdf6hqvncwp5n2er4d33xzepwdahxjmmw9uqsuamnwvaz7tmwdaejumr0dshs33wfg8 VPN on my Laptop to test it out. The whole set up process was easy, just followed their guide. Subscription can be paid either with lighting, on-chain or with #monero and is only $1 per month. I would like to see auto connect feature during the start up, but I don't know if this is even possible as it requires sudo for system-wide VPN

I think auto-connection can be implemented with systemd service even if it requires root/CAP_NET_ADMIN privileges

What is wrong with GCC? I was told by some C devs that GCC is one of the best compilers available

I can't see your post in #gossip:

> ERROR PARSING EMBEDDED EVENT: 'missing field `sig` at line 1 column 947'

My English can be not sufficient to express my views precisely, but it is not a reason to mark me a troll.

I didn't meant that verification is not needed. What I mean is that instead of relying on the code from each client/relay introducing new NIP as a reference implementation, developer first define what they are imolementing and leaving reasoning of their decisions, and then implementing it.

How do you think, is similar collaboration tool required or not for nostr nowadays?

My naive assumption is yes, because without proper standardization and documentation, interoperability could get really bad. However, I am far from understanding nostr development scene.
