I mean that Lightning Address is old one at the profile and when selecting vote option it uses same old address, not the one you mentioned

I too had very pleasant experience with Samsung, their software is extremely reliable. As for Pixel issues I would like to know more what exactly was broken in your case, I would like to research how common that problem is.
As for Apple aren't they too heavily locked? Don't get me wrong but I would not call Apple as tech-savy user friendly, they seem to not intended for any kind of system-level customizations.

For web, there are web.archive.org and archive.today (including numerous other domains). What about nostr? I think most relays do not store content indefinitely either.

Thing is with pruned node has only handful of latest blocks and is limited in terms of confirming if some old Lightning Network channels are having unspent transactions.
Mine explanation can be not technically correct however, I am not an expert, this is my interpretation of logs and experience from paying LN invoices before and after using unpruned fullnode.

If being realistic, with point 5 there is an issue if merchant uses custodial solutions to accept Bitcoin - most (if not all) of them involve AML and sometimes even KYC.
Unfortunately, custodial gateways are pretty common.
