Building Yeti, Comingle, Nostr SDK for Apple Platforms, Damus, Nostash, SatsPrice

Hollywood decides to create a biographical drama of Nostr. Which actors would you want cast as your characters (and others) in this film?

Is this what freedom smells like? What else am I missing here?

I enjoyed the production style and how the information was articulated. I appreciated how he went hands-on with the technology and explained, at a high level, a bit of the details, both Bitcoin and Lightning alike. I appreciated that he interviewed skeptics and adopters in El Salvador. The political part was a bit longer than expected but it was interesting. He ended the video by acknowledging that it touched controversial topics, that they got it peer reviewed (didn’t dive into how so I’ll take it with a grain of salt) and that he wanted to be wrong about the things he was skeptical about. Feels like he attempted to present a balanced piece, but I’ll still come out of it skeptical of his skepticism personally because I haven’t independently fact checked.

What makes it a bad video? Genuinely curious.

New feature in Lume v1.0.1

Now, your private key will be stored in secure storage instead of plain text in SQLite, and require password to open. Thank nostr:npub1yaul8k059377u9lsu67de7y637w4jtgeuwcmh5n7788l6xnlnrgs3tvjmf for notify me critical issue ❤️

I'm also working on migration UI, help old users migrate private key from SQLite to new secure storage

And sorry but I will release v1.0.1 tomorrow instead of today, for more polish new feature 🥲

That was a quick turnaround. Well done!

Lume feels really great, agreed. It stores private keys in plaintext in the lume.db file, though. It should be encrypted. What’s the author’s npub?

I shit you not. My iOS keyboard just autocorrected my spelling of Apple to Zapple. Thanks, Tim Zapple.

Congrats to all and thanks to OpenSats! nostr:npub1qlk0nqupxmlyxravg0aqscxmcc4q4tq898z6x003rykwwh3npj0syvyayc nostr:npub19a86gzxctwtz68l8zld2u9y2fjvyyj4juyx8m5geylssrmfj27eqs22ckt and I hope to make our Nostr SDK super easy to use for developers to build Nostr apps on iOS and other Apple platforms. 🤙🏼 nostr:note1fgmqn0nngmjvc7yugksjmn656jacvxyy4et5ytejwzer63vlz8hs6q2h2t

You can use this to get zaps back in damus. Like a note and it'll zap it for you!

Is there a specific relay that we need to connect to? I think I set it up correctly but my 🤙 isn’t zapping.

I created a NWC connection with a 10k sats daily budget in Alby. I pasted the connection string in Zapple Pay with adding the missing + between nostr and walletconnect. Changed the reaction to 🤙 and added my npub. Am I missing something?
