This is the coldest weather I’ve ever been in and it’s #littleman’s first winter wonderland. It takes so little to have the most magical time when you’re seeing the world through the eyes of a little child. It all feels like a dream.

We sauté two kinds of mushrooms in olive oil, salt and pepper then minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, and when everything is cooked together I add the gnocchis and generously drizzle with truffle infused olive oil. I usually shred enough shredded pecorino to cover the pan and add fresh arugula on top. 😊
