My wife has a client that is a retired food scientist. Talking to this person was radically eye opening. Every big food company has multiple of these roles on their payroll. Their entire job is to introduce chemicals into their food that produces serotonin in your brain. They’re VERY good at what they do. You are eating drugs and they are creating junkies.

I assume this clip is spread by the regime for a reason. The reason could be agitation, display of strength (terror), teaching helplessness, or simple clickbait. We can speculate.

We know that in other cases they deliberately choose to release to the public certain info, and withold or manipulate another info.

Since they are distributing it, we are helping them, if we share it among each other. We are doing their job for them.

My guess is terror (display of power) is the purpose. Same type as with videos of SWAT raids, show trials, military exercise etc. It is simple propaganda.

That's what the media always does though. Set a narrative for their audience and run with it, to keep those who involve themselves with the uniparty fighting eachother rather than the state.

I don't care for most journalists nowadays, but shooting at them for no reason is par for the course. I'm not sure why drawing attention to this is spreading state terror.

I hope that it will get more people paying attention to what's really going on, but understandably this will be lost on some.

it was understandable for someone who wanted to short the fiat system and didn't mind the volatility

however now they have made a sort of Rube Goldberg machine with STRF and STRK preferred shares. the 10 and 8 % dividends of the preferred shares are always paid out by selling shares of MSTR into the market.

it should be no problem since the price of the underlying bitcoin collateral should grow much faster than the 10% and 8% fiat dividends. and they are well over-collateralized (5 to 1).

the MSTR shareholders are betting that the price of bitcoin will rise much quicker than the 10 and 8% dividends, plus the Bitcoin bought by the STRF and STRK shareholders grows faster than the dividends and increases MSTR shareholders Bitcoin per share.

the worry is that sentiment drives MNAV right now and not any underlying business model.

Do Apple investors worry about TIm Cook not promising for share buybacks? how much of the value in the stock can't actually be redeemed by USD on the balance sheet.

so if Michael is refusing to do buybacks, the only thing he wants to do is invest in his own business similar to a growth tech company. I interpret that as he is not competing with ETP products.

It would be respectable to offer shares buyback for BTC. A way to back up his claims by an action.
