Being neurodivergent (adhd), I always had a hard time meditating on my own, so I tried guided meditation. Iβve learned breathing techniques and how to stay focused. Now I mediate on my own way better.
The greatest book about meditation I know is from eckhart tolle βthe power of nowβ I really can recommend it to get better sense for being present. :)
YouTube has lots to offer. For many things (better sleep, relaxation, β¦) Sometimes itβs great to be guided. Or just find some melodic and calm meditation music. Or go outside, just observe the nature or human sounds around you. :) π§ββοΈ
