I really hope this is done now. Switched from the Alby wallet to coinos … it does seem to be easier … wow what a wallet setup journey.

First, I asked chat GPT what wallets to use with Nostr. The ones it suggested (ex: Wallet of Satoshi) did not work either due to region (USA, NY), or phone (iOS), or was not actually compatible with Nostr (Speed, Strike, Muun).

So then I got the bright idea to see what Nostr recommends, which is how I wound up with Alby. But that one needs Alby Hub, and the free “diy” version apparently requires setting up a node.

So, finally - Coinos.

This felt like I was at work. 🤷🏻‍♀️

with in-person encounters, it really goes on a case by case kind of way … it could depend on each person’s current mood and mental state. But with online interactions, you’re pretty much only interacting when you are ready to or interested to, and usually around a specific topic that you are choosing …

when is individual voice valued and when does it feel like it’s not valued? (something I’ve been thinking about and discussing with my AI app).

I think it tends to feel more valued with social media, esp. decentralized social media.

The times when it felt not valued was in maybe some school settings and workplaces. When those places have power dynamics and a hierarchy.

This is important to me, because I had selective mutism as a kid … and I still have seen times when I don’t want to talk, and times when I do. Places where I don’t feel comfortable, and places where I feel more free.

I wonder if this is related to social anxiety or introversion … like being a quiet kid
