Meditating first thing every morning.

I hit people with the occasional study Bitcoin, get off zero text. I get no response mostly. I have got two looking into it and DCA’ing lightly on River. It’s a start. You can also FCK with their algorithm by sending them some YT vids. lol

lol I’m about 1/50th of the way there.

Speak from the heart and not the mind. I like the concept of brain and heart coherence.

How long does it take to no longer focus on bitcoin, so I can go back to focusing only on my craft. 😂

Most people over complicate health & fitness. Do a form of exercise that you can stick to long term and add in different variations randomly. Then eat whole foods and drink water.

Bonus: add meditation in to regulate stress.

Here’s my thought…If disengaging completely is first, it can come back to haunt you internally. Be who you want to be and own it. Make sure to voice your opinions and get it off your chest. I think that’s part of the process. It needs to be done. They can choose to hear it or not. Then you can separate or disengage without giving any power away.

Set goals.

Fast from something until you achieve it.

You will be forced to think about your goal regularly.

When your attention is focused on what you desire, you’ll recognize and notice the actions and people that will help you get there."
