Indeed but it is not just absorbing fiat money. It is also absorbing all the monetised substitutes because fiat does not hold value. People hold art, Rolex watches etc. all these will drop significantly as they become demonetised. Bitcoin will absorb so much more than all the fiat money. And yes when money itself is the apex asset all other items become either liabilities or high risk speculation vs money itself there is no reward without significant risk.
Trying to strike this delicate balance. Not too much of either. I have kids. Time preference must be balanced.
It's just about discovering what Bitcoin is. It is an angle that is unique due to his area of socialization. Just like an accountant may be most fascinated by it's "triple entry" ledger and a gold bug by it's issuance through mining, Jason looks its energy expense as a form of power in itself and extrapolates that. You cannot claim to know something when you do not without showing your own ignorance. Name calling doesn't help get your point across, so why bother typing? Your own ego? Lame.
Everything gets demonetized. Companies, houses, land, metals. Everything drops to it's utility value. Now, add all those premiums to Bitcoin and you start to understand. Index funds and everything will be absorbed. Why are you so bearish?
Really thinking of taking pride season, or whatever new length it turns out to be off of Twitter. I can't stomach seeing naked people around children sexualizing them and encouraging them to be something they are not, confusing them while they are still developing and to submit to all their sexual desires. This was the reality of Pride season last year with the help of the Liberal Party of Canada. I have traditional views, my heart goes out to all those who struggle, and I hope I can foster healthy self awareness in my children.

I can't imagine what it's like to be a woman on social media. So many men have lost control of themselves and social media is a place for those types to get away with it in some ways.
