Daily drawing day 337: I’m working on a picture book project at the moment and I’m feeling all the feels.
It’s a great, exciting and all-consuming state, my brain continues working on the story even when I’m doing other things, it seems to be constantly processing the book in the background. More than that, it seems to come up with the best ideas while I’m doing something else.

There are a lot of illustration markets in London, but a stall at one of them can be costly and you need to invest a lot upfront to create prints, zines or whatever it is you’d like to sell, and invest in a stall set up to grab attention too. I just want to sell a bunch of sketches I have so an online sale seems to me would be better for that.
Not a bad idea, thanks! My time is consumed by other projects atm but I will keep it in mind. I actually have a lot of sketches ready to sell but didn’t put the time into setting up an event, advertising etc
Daily drawing day 332: sketching some boats in St Kathrine’s Docks.
I’m always excited to draw boats and every time I’m quickly reminded how hard it is 😆 So many details!
Still, I’m happy to be back on the daily drawing train.
